Fick ett tips igår av min far att gå till hemsidan för the Lark Distillery. Det är ett destilleri i Austrailen, eller rättare sagt i Tasmanien. Mycket intressant. Efter lite letande hittade jag att dom hade en Tasmanian Single Malt. Det hade varit kul att prova på den.

Colour: varies due to single cask bottling from pale straw to golden honey rich.
Nose: malty, lightly peated, peppery spices dig into the oily malt.
Taste: massively malty, clean and fruity with a powdery oak offering further complexity, oily & fat.
Finish: beautifully spiced and delicate with fluttering malty tones caressing the palate.
Balance: this is a lovely whisky, superbly made and offering both guile and charisma.
