To avoid jail time, street racer Sean Boswell is sent to live with his father in Tokyo. There he discovers drift racing. After losing a race to Yakuza-connected D.K., the Drift King, Sean has to enter the Tokyo underworld to find a way to pay his debt.

Jag tycker ettan är en riktigt skön rulle. Enkel handlig, sköna bilar och bra effekter. Blev lite besviken på tvåan. Men det räckte till ett DVD köp. Visste inte riktigt vad jag skulle förvänta mig av denna. Några kompisar sa att den var bra. Andra sa tvärt om. Personligen tycker jag att den håller nästan samma klass som tvåan. Tycker dock att vissa effekter är lite väl synliga. Jag hade gärna sett mer äkta drifting. Men filmen är klart underhållande om man har ett litet intresse för colla och snygga brudar, ehh, jag menar bilar 🙂

An ambitious high school senior, Matthew (Hirsch), with dreams of a career in politics is overjoyed to discover that his new neighbor, 19-year-old Danielle (Cuthbert), is absolutely beautiful, and they fall in love quickly, head over heels. Their relationship is put to the test, however when he discovers (along with the rest of the town, eventually) that she used to be a porn star…

Ibland är det riktigt trevligt att ha Canal+. För när jag satte mig framför tv:n idag och zappade lite kom denna filmen upp som jag funderat ett tag på att se. Elisha Cuthbert är ju nästan alltid trevlig att titta på. Denna filmen är inget undantag i det avseendet. Den är ganska rolig och man skrattar till lite då och då. Men mycket mer än lätt underhållande vill jag inte påstå att den är.
